Whether in-person or online, the fact that you can spend Mother’s Day together matters more than what you plan to do. How are you going to celebrate Mother’s day this year? Whether you’re cooking Mother’s Day lunch or going out for dinner, here are a some of our favourite Mother’s Day activities for any type of gathering. Families are sure to find inspiration here.
Invite her to a high tea.
There are plenty of fine establishments in Adelaide serving High Tea, the Mayfair Hotel, The Intercontinental and there is even a High Tea Cruise on the Popeye. Mum will love sipping her beverage out of fancy china and snacking on delicate sandwiches and petite fours. You can also give her a High tea gift hamper to relive the experience at home with friends and family.
Serve breakfast in bed.

Go wine tasting.
Head to a nearby winery for a Mother’s Day tasting. Or, if she’s not a “wine mum,” try a local craft brewery or gin distillery instead. Make a delicious dinner.
Mum’s always the person making the meals, give her a night off by making a delicious feast for dinner. Take it one step further by setting the table and doing the dishes.
