Local Adelaide Deliveries:
For single orders received by 10am we offer same day delivery for postcodes 5000 to 5099. All gifts are delivered by APD, Couriers Please or Jet Couriers.
Please give Mobile Phone Number of recipient if possible.
Orders placed after 10am will be delivered next business day.
Express Deliveries:
Please ring 0402 051 368 for a quote. Express deliveries are generally collected and delivered within 4 hours.
Bulk Deliveries:
Special delivery and pricing arrangements can be made for bulk orders delivered to one or multiple addresses. Please phone or email us for quote.
Hospital Deliveries:
Please ensure that the patient is definitely still in hospital before ordering your hamper as a redelivery fee will apply if patient has gone home. Please check the name of the patient and ensure that they have booked in under this name. If known, please provide maiden name of mother for new baby gifts. Provide the Ward and Room details if known.
Interstate Deliveries
We deliver Australia wide. Delivery is typically 5 to 14 business days for other capital cities. Deliveries to remote locations will take a little longer. Australia Post is used for delivery to all states in Australia – we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Please provide phone number of recipient – some properties are inaccessible.
Deliveries to a workplace or business is preferred.
Authority to Leave
All gifts are delivered with an “Authority to Leave”. If no one is available to accept the delivery, your gift will be left in a safe place at the address.
If your gift cannot be left at the address, redelivery or return fees may apply for any unsuccessful deliveries.
