As a parent Easter generally represents a time of sharing, family get togethers and Easter Egg Hunts in the backyard.   Easter is the perfect time to relax with friends and family, as well as to indulge in a little bit of chocolate!

Speaking of chocolate what food do we associate with Easter? Chocolate and hot cross buns of course, and the traditional Fish meal on Good Friday.  The week before Easter usually involves a trip to the bustling Adelaide Central Market to Cappo Seafood and Haigh’s.   Cappo Seafood is a South Australian-owned family business committed to bringing you the freshest, finest seafood.  Haigh’s Chocolates have been making premium chocolate in Adelaide since 1915 and the Central Market Arcade shop will be overflowing with Easter Eggs.   Kytons Bakery has been around in South Australia since 1938 serving up baked goods, but their award winning hot cross buns are a must have at Easter.  Kytons and Fruchocs came together to develop a FruChocs Hot Cross Bun as part of a radio stunt and they were so popular they literally stopped traffic.
