All parcels are sent by Road Express Couriers in Adelaide and outer Adelaide area.
Airfreight is used for delivery to all states in Australia with next day delivery to most Metro areas NB: some outer metro areas may take slightly longer, with all single orders placed by 11am.
Delivery times can vary slightly subject to delays that are out of our control, especially around Christmas.
Please order early before Christmas for Country and Interstate deliveries.
Important: Business Addresses are preferred for all deliveries, as a signature is required when receiving a parcel. If being delivered to a personal address please ensure that you give us the authority for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe area, out of sun or rain and also so no pets can gain access to it. Please indicate directions when ordering.
If you do not give authority for your hamper to be left if recipient is not home a redelivery fee will apply.
Please ensure that the you give the correct address for recipient or a redelivery fee will apply.
Hospital Deliveries:
please ensure that the patient is definitely still in hospital before ordering your hamper as a redelivery fee will apply if patient has gone home.
